mrcuci Platform Usage

Clause 1: Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering or using any part of the mrcuci platform — including the mrcuci.onl website, mobile application and all related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the mrcuci platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Clause 2: User Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use mrcuci services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration
• Be an individual who is legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
• Not reside in a territory where the use of online gambling services is absolutely prohibited
• Not be on a self-exclusion list or gambling limit programme of any regulatory body
• Register in your own name and not on behalf of any other individual or entity

Each user is allowed one account only. Opening, owning or using more than one account — including accounts opened in the name of family members living at the same address — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

mrcuci reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of your MyKad or valid identification document. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in the account being suspended or closed.

Clause 3: Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

mrcuci accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, Boost and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

• Minimum deposit: RM10 for all payment methods
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 for all payment methods
• Withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours from the time the request is approved

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same user's name. mrcuci does not accept deposits from third parties. Withdrawals will only be processed to the account or method used to make the deposit, subject to identity verification.

mrcuci reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing if further investigation is required in connection with any suspicious activity, breach of terms or legal compliance requirements.

Clause 4: Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotional offers given by mrcuci are subject to their specific terms and conditions. Users are responsible for reading and understanding those terms before accepting any bonus.

The mrcuci welcome bonus gives a 150% match on your first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. The applicable wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus value received. For example:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Balance RM250 → Wagering required: RM150 × 20 = RM3,000
• Deposit RM2,200 → Bonus RM1,500 → Balance RM3,700 → Wagering required: RM1,500 × 20 = RM30,000

The wagering requirement must be met in full before any winnings obtained from bonus money can be withdrawn. The original deposit amount is not subject to the wagering requirement and can be withdrawn at any time after compliance checks have been carried out.

Clause 5: Game Rules and Results

All games offered on the mrcuci platform — including online slots, live casino, sports betting and table games — operate using software from licensed, regulated providers. Game outcomes are determined by a random number generator (RNG) that has been independently verified for applicable games.

Game results that have been processed and recorded by the mrcuci system are final. Users are not entitled to claim a refund based on alleged technical errors that cannot be verified by the mrcuci system. In the event of a technical disruption during a game, mrcuci reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return the stake to the user.

Sports betting is subject to additional rules published in the Sports Betting section of the platform. Odds displayed are for reference and mrcuci reserves the right to adjust odds at any time before the result of an event is announced.

Clause 6: Prohibitions and Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the mrcuci platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any unauthorised tools to play or interact with the platform
• Carrying out any form of fraud, including the use of stolen credit cards or false payment information
• Colluding with other players to exploit system or game vulnerabilities (collusion)
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation
• Distributing content containing malware, viruses or harmful code through the platform
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity

Violation of any of the above prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of the entire account balance and any pending winnings, and possible legal action at the discretion of mrcuci.

Clause 7: Account Closure and Suspension

Users may close their own account at any time by contacting the mrcuci customer support team via 24/7 live chat or support email. Account closure requests will be processed once all active bets have been settled and there are no outstanding investigations.

mrcuci reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms and Conditions
• Suspicious activity or signs of fraud
• Failure to comply with identity verification requests
• Instructions from the relevant authorities or regulatory bodies
• Protection of the platform's integrity and the interests of other users

In cases where an account is closed due to technical reasons or platform operations, mrcuci will ensure that all legitimate account balances are returned to users via their original payment method.

Clause 8: Limitation of Liability

mrcuci shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including:

• Service disruptions due to technical maintenance or events beyond mrcuci's control
• Financial losses arising from betting decisions made by users
• Loss of data or account information due to technical failure
• Fraudulent actions by third parties who gain unauthorised access to a user's account

In all circumstances, mrcuci's liability to a user shall not exceed the total deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim, subject to the discretion of mrcuci's management and the applicable licensing terms.

Clause 9: Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, processing and use of users' personal information by mrcuci is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also agree to the terms of mrcuci's Privacy Policy.

mrcuci uses user data for the purposes of identity verification, payment processing, customer support, platform improvement and compliance with legal requirements. User data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Clause 10: Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to mrcuci's international licensing. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation between the user and mrcuci will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures of a mutually agreed arbitration body.
